On July 20 from 3-6 p.m., certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians from the Portage County Health Department will conduct child car seat inspections at the ÍøÆØÃÅ Child Development Center, which is located at 775 Loop Road in Kent.
Four out of five car seats are installed incorrectly. Make sure your child's car seat is correctly installed.
ÍøÆØÃÅ Police Department representatives will be on hand to answer any safety-related questions you may have. There also will be a small health fair with representatives from local health and wellness service providers.
Individuals without an appointment will be accommodated as time permits on a first-come, first-served basis.
