Check-in will take place in the Kent Student Center Lobby, located in the Kent Student Center, from Noon - 8 p.m. There you will receive nametags for each family member, Family Weekend Schedule of Events lanyard, Welcome Dinner Tickets, and Goody Bags (courtesy of University Culinary Services).

Administrative Guidelines
- Each course is treated as stand-alone for registration, enrollment and funding purposes
- Supporting documentation must be submitted for each version
- Any course revision must be submitted for all corresponding slashed courses
- Treated as equivalent courses for:
- GPA and credit hour calculation
- Federal financial aid eligibility
Key Requirements
- Same subject code (e.g., BSCI)
- Identical course content except for:
- Course level and prerequisites
- Expectations and assignments appropriate to each academic level
- Students may only register for one version of the course
- Students who have taken the undergraduate course may NOT repeat the course at the graduate level for credit towards a graduate degree.
- Undergraduate students must receive permission to register for the graduate-level course.
