The Exploration Plan is a five-step process designed to help students explore their interests, transition to ������ and eventually declare a major.

• Comfort with numbers and data
• Technical aptitude (no need to be a programming or statistics pro, but some proficiency is extremely useful)
• Openness to learning and collaboration
• Interest in making data actionable 

Michelle offers some advice for this aspect as well, stating, “Don’t let the lack of an analytics background hold you back. If you are curious, motivated, and willing to learn, you already have what it takes to succeed.”
